The wholes family in Florescence gathered together to hold 2020 first quarter summary and the second quarter launch conference on 9th,April
This conference was divided into seven parts: company culture presentation, sales team presentation,experience sharing , achievements reporting for the first quarter, prize presentation for the good salers, boss speech time, and the birthday party for the first quarter.
First Part:company culture and sales tem presentation
We have three good sales team with a big name: The Vanguard Team, The Dream Team And The Best Team
Our Vangurad Team is leaded by Manager Karen, she ,using PPT, has showed us the working experience for the first quarter and the working plans for the
next quarter.
The Dream Team is leaded by Manager Michelle. Her team is the most excellent team in this quarter and has achieved the Red Flags
The Best Team is leaded by Manager Rachel, which is our team selling a variety of ropes.
Second Part: Experience Sharing From Good Sellers
Shary, Tire Department, told us the importance of patience and the insistance for following up on customers
Chari, from Fender Department, shared how to find customers in Linkedin and how to follow up on them efficiently
Susan, from Marine Department, shared us the experience for selling medical masks in this special time.
