The delivery consits of two parts: one part is the playground combination ropes, the other part is the playground accessories. Let me show you them one by one.
Customers order pp combination ropes, 16mm polypropylene multifilament combination ropes, with fiber rope central core. It is 6 strands twisted structure, 6×8 galvanized steel wire core for each strand. All of our pp combination ropes are not only UV resistant,which is suitable for outdoor applications, but also are certified by SGS, European standards. You can see in this delivery, customers prefer black colors.
For the delivery packing, we use our woven bags to pack them, and then pallets outside. 500m for one coil is our common length.
For the playground accessories, customers order the bar fasteners, post clamps for the playground installation. It is 89mm customized size. The post clamps are made of aluminium materials. They are supplied by pairs or by sets. Each set consists of two pieces. Check below picture for your reference too.
For the packing, we use our cartons to pack the bar clamps, post clamps.
Except the above items, pp combination ropes, and bar clamps, there are also other playground items in our factory. Such as other type of combination ropes, a variety of playground accessories. And certified swing nests. Ready to install climbing nets can also be available in our factory too.
If you want to make a playground nets by yourself, we can supply you the whole press machine and the moulds for your own installation. Almost all of the playground climbing nets, we can produce according to your net drawings.
