Recently we shipped one batch of swing nest, combination ropes, rope connectors and hydraulic press machine to Russia market.

100cm bird nest swing:

Our Russia customer ordered 100pcs bird’s nest swing, diameter is 100cm, this size is also the most hot sale size of the bird’s nest swing.

We can also supply diameter 80cm, 100cm and 120cm.

The swing seat made by 4 strand polyester combination rope and the ring outer rope made by 3 strand polyester rope.

The hanging rope is made by 4 or 6 strand combination rope, if you like chain, we can also supply galvanized steel chain or stainless steel chain.

Rope accessories:

Russia customer total order rope accessories around 1000pcs, including plastic cross connector, aluminium cross connector, side buck, T plastic, swing button with chain, rope sleeve etc.

Most of them diameter is 16mm, the plastic connector has multi colors, the aluminium connector is natural color, please check below pictures:

We total shipped combination ropes around 400meter, the material is polyester material, the color has black, red, blue and yellow, the dimaeter is 16mm, the strucutre is 6*8+FC.

Usually one roll is 250meter or 500meter, the package by pallets, and also we will provide SGS certificate before shipping, and also different colors can be supplied.

The last one product is hydraulic press machine with moulds, press machines has 35 ton and 100ton, this time our customer choose 100ton press machine and relative moulds.

One set of hydraulic press machine includs one electric pump and one electric head, the net weight around 70kgs, and then packed by woood case, packing size is 36cm*21cm*15cm.

Moulds are made from Iron materials, and them differenct rope connector has different moulds to press, we have total 5 sets of moulds. one mould weight around 5kgs, and also packed by wood case.
